Deliveries are made to the postal address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure stored in the Purchase Order. The Customer is responsible for the address provided. No responsibility can be attributed to the Seller, for errors in shipping or incorrect delivery of products due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation by the Customer of the purchase order.
Disegnopiù delivers all over the world. However, some products may not be available for delivery in all geographical areas. Through the product page the user is able to view the availability of shipping in his country and the related costs. The availability of shipping in the geographical area indicated by the user is always confirmed in the purchase form.
Delivery times are indicated on the Site, on the product page. Deliveries are made by the forwarding agent considered most suitable by type of goods and shipping area.
In case of payment by bank transfer, Disegnopiù will take charge of the order only after verification of the payment of the payment. Therefore the waiting times for crediting will have to be added to the delivery times.
In the case of a Purchase Order comprising multiple products, the individual Products may require different production times. Also in this case the Products could therefore be shipped and delivered at different times. This applies in particular to Disegnopiù which manages the sale of items belonging to different brands. Customers are therefore invited to always check the shipping and delivery times of each individual item, even if of the same Seller.
Unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase, the products sold by Disegnopiu.com provide for standard delivery to the street level. The products sold by Disegnopiù.com are pre-assembled.
At the time of Delivery, the presence of the Customer or a trusted person is required to check that the packaging is intact and clean and that the Products received correspond to the information on the Order.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, is transferred to the Customer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and different from the Carrier, materially enters into possession of the goods.
The Seller, understood as Disegnopiù.com, will not be responsible for damage to the products or for any shipping delays occurred after delivery to the Carrier in charge of their transport.
In the event of defects immediately visible on delivery, such as the number of packages not corresponding to the order or the non-integrity of the packaging, the Customer (or the person in charge of collecting the goods) must immediately report it in writing to the Carrier (subject to withdrawal) and to contact the Seller through the platform within 3 (three) working days from the delivery date.
For purchases in which the nation of the Seller who sends the goods and the country of the Customer who receives it are different, additional customs duties may be applied upon delivery of the goods. In this case the product sheet will show a notice. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country, for this purpose the Customer is invited to contact his country’s customs office to check for any additional fees.
In the event of delays or failure to deliver the purchased goods, the Customer may inform the Seller through the “Contact the Seller” link in the footer of the Disegnopiù.com website.
The Sellers cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays or delivery impossibilities due to: scheduled national or local holidays, strikes, riots, natural disasters, transporter accidents, thefts, robberies. If the cause of force majeure persists after a period of 3 (three) months, the order will be automatically canceled.
Delays in deliveries less than 30 (thirty) days do not entitle the customer to refuse delivery of the products, nor to demand compensation or compensation of any kind. In the event that it is not possible to communicate to the Customer a reliable delivery date, Edilportale will be entitled to propose to the Customer the cancellation of the order, at no additional cost and with immediate refund through the payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of the order.
